Salsa de Arbol Quick and easy.
15 - 20 chile de arbol (these are dry)
2-3 cups water
salt to taste

1.  Place all ingredients in a saucepan.  Bring to a boil; reduce
to heat and simmer for about 8-10 minutes.
2.  Place chile in a blender; blend until smooth.  You may have
to add water to form a smooth salsa.  Serve with fried meats or
as a condiment.
