Recipe Review ~

Hello John,
I would like all the visitors to your site to know what wonderful recipes you
have to offer.  This e-mail is directed to all you wonderful people out  there
who are looking for great recipes.  I had a very special dinner for 14
people on December 5.  I wanted to make a pork loin and have it come
out moist.  I was not sure if I should cook it open rack or cover it with foil.  I
sent out an emergency E-mail and ChileMasters came to my rescue.

The pork roast was large (16 lbs.) and came out of the oven golden
brown.  When I took it out of the oven and placed it on a large
plattereveryone was saying how beautiful it was. The roast was so tender
and juicy and the gravy sure was a surprise.  The olives gave it a unique
taste. The saffron rice with olives was a big hit.  The ladies said they had
never heard of olives in rice and they all ask me for the recipes for the
rice, pork and gravy.  I also served a hot curry winter fruit that had apricots,
peaches, pineapple, pears and red cherries with butter and curry and
brown sugar.  Everyone loved the entire dinner and I was pleased with the
outcome.  I usually  get stressed when I entertain large dinners but
thanks to John of ChileMasters, this dinner was stress free.  I've got all
my friends fooled now, they think I'm a great cook.  hehehe :)  I hope you
all will try this wonderful recipe.
