Wonton Soup III ~

¼ pound chicken breast meat
4 large Chinese dried mushrooms
2 green onions
1 slice ginger root
4 tsp soy sauce
½ tsp salt or to taste
2½ tsp salt

For the soup:
6 cups chicken stock
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp soy sauce
4-5 drops sesame oil

1.  Soak the mushrooms for 30 minutes, remove the stalks and chop the caps.

2.  Chop the chicken, green onions, and ginger root.

3.  Place all the ingredients in a bowl.  Stir and mix well.

4.  Allow the mixture to stand for 30 minutes before using as a filling.
