Wonton Soup II

¾ pound shrimp, peeled and deveined, chopped
1 egg beaten
7 green onions, cut into rings

For the marinade:
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp salt
½ tsp MSG (optional)
2-3 drops sesame oil

For the soup:
6 cups chicken stock
1 tsp salt
½ tsp MSG (optional)
2 tbsp soy sauce
4-5 drops sesame oil

Use store bought or homemade wanton skins:

1.  Mix the shrimp thoroughly with the marinade and place in the refrigerator for 30
minutes.

2.  Place a generous teaspoon of the shrimp mixture in the center of the wonton
skins, brush the edges with the beaten egg.

3. Gather the wonton skin over the filling and twist to seal.

4.  Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and boil the won tons until they rise to the
top; then drain.

5.  Reserve half of the green onions.

6.  Bring the stock to a boil and add the other soup ingredients boil for 1 minute.
