
| Peppered Porterhouse Steak ~ 3 Porterhouse steaks ~ 1 pound each (1½" thick) 1 tbsp black peppercorns salt and pepper to taste 1 tbsp olive oil 1. Crush peppercorns using a mortar and pestle or spice grinder. Press pepper into both sides of the steaks. 2. Grill steaks for 5 minutes. 3. Turn and season the grilled side. Continue to cook for another 5 minutes. Steak should be medium rare. Sprinkle olive oil on steaks and serve. Serves 4 |
