Colman's Mustard

Mix enough water with Colman's Mustard until it is a smooth paste; just enough
for a good coating.  Liberally coat ribs with mustard on the meat side prior to
roasting in oven at 400° F. for around an hour.  Roast with meat side up in shallow
pan aluminum foil lined to make clean up quick and easy.

"Try it, it's better than barbequed ribs, also works well on the barbeque."
