Guamanian Corn Soup ~

4 to 6 ears corn sliced from husk and ground. (substitute 2 cans of creamed
corn)
1 med onion chopped finely
2 med cloves garlic minced.
3 chicken breasts-boneless, chopped into bite-sized pieces
salt and pepper to taste.
2 cups coconut milk

Sauté onions, garlic and chicken until chicken tender then add creamed corn, (if
using     freshly ground corn, add some water and boil this until the kernels are
tender) then add coconut milk and salt and pepper to taste.
