Béchamel Sauce ~

2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
½ tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
½ cup chicken broth (mix with) ½ cup cream
1 tbsp onion, minced

1.  Heat butter in a saucepan. Blend in flour, salt, and pepper; heat gently and stir
until bubbly.

2.  Gradually add the broth/cream, stirring until smooth. Add 1 tablespoon onion,
bring to boiling; cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes longer.

About 1 cup
