Mexican Tuna Salad ~ Salat de Atun ~

4 ounces tuna (packed in oil), drained, flaked
1/4 cup red onion, chop fine
1/2 tomato, chopped fine
3 jalapeño peppers, minced
2 tbsp plus 2 tsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp cilantro, chopped

In  a mixing bowl combine all ingredients, mix well.

This may be served in a taco shell with shredded lettuce, and cheese
