Franks & Ramen Noodles ~ Ramen is not just Chinese noodles ~ Quick & easy
~ Kids love this.

1 pound frankfurters, cut in half diagonally
½  cup onion, chopped
½  tsp basil leaves, fresh, crushed & chopped
2 tbsp butter (or margarine
1 can (10¾ ounces) condensed cream of celery or mushroom soup
½  cup milk
½  cup tomatoes, chopped ( or canned)
2 packages (any flavor) Ramen noodles, cooked (al dente) and drained. (Do not
use spice packet)
1 tbsp parsley, chopped fine
½  cup of mozzarella, shredded.
salt & pepper to taste
( want a little kick ~ add 1 tsp Tabasco sauce )

1.  Preheat your broiler.

2.  In an ovenproof skillet, brown frankfurters in butter.  Add onion, and basil, cook
until tender.

3.  Stir in remaining ingredients.  Heat, stirring occasionally.  About 4 minutes.

4.   Sprinkle cheese on top, place on top rack of oven.  Bake until cheese just
turns brown.  About 4 minutes.

Remove & serve.
