Ramen with Chicken, Shrimp and Ham ~ Most Ramen packages
have 3 ounces (dried) of noodles.

3-4 packages Ramen Noodles ( do not use packet )
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed & minced
1 tsp (1 inch piece) fresh ginger, chopped
1 small can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp fish sauce or strong chicken stock
½ cup cooked chicken breast, sliced
½ cup cooked ham, sliced thick
8 oz cooked shrimp, peeled
1 cup bean sprouts
1 small can baby corn cobs, drained
2 limes cut into wedges, and 1 small bunch fresh coriander - for garnish

1.  Cook noodles according to instructions, drain well and set aside.

2.  Heat the oil in a preheated wok (medium high) or large frying pan.  Fry the
onion, garlic and ginger for 2 minutes, or until soft but not colored.  Add the water
chestnuts, soy sauce, fish sauce or chicken stock, chicken breasts, ham, and
shrimp.

3.  Add the noodles, bean sprouts and baby corn cobs and stir-fry for 5-7
minutes, until heated through.  Transfer to a warmed serving dish, garnish with
the lime wedges and coriander and serve immediately.
