| Quesadillas Green Chile BBQ Chicken Vegetables |
| Green Chile Quesadilla ~ Tortilla with Cheese 1 flour tortilla 2 slices Monterrey Jack cheese or any good melting cheese 1 green chile chopped salt to taste Comal or hot dry skillet Slice cheese 1/8 inch thick. Place on tortilla add green chile on top of cheese. Fold in half and toast both sides on a hot ungreased comal or skillet. Serving 1 |
