Pork with Green Chile III ~ Puerco con Chile Verde  ~ Submitted by:  Marina F.

2 lb pork
8 green chiles, roasted / chopped (2   4oz cans, chile may be substituted)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, medium, finely chopped
1 lb tomatillo, chopped   (1  14oz canned tomatillos)
Lime wedges
3 tbsp Oil for browning meat
1 tsp salt

Cut pork into small cubes. Sauté pork with onion in oil until well browned.

Drain off all fat. Add all other ingredients except lime, simmer, covered until pork
is tender (30-40 minutes).

Serves 4
