Spicy Fried Pork Chops  ~

6 pork chops

Marinade:
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sangria wine (or sherry)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp white vinegar
2 fresh garlic cloves (mashed & minced)

1 egg yolk
1 tbls cornstarch
oil for frying

Sauce:
3 green onions, chopped
2 tbls ginger root, minced
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tbls sugar
3 tbls soy sauce
2 tbls white vinegar
3 tbls red crushed chile (hot)  (try 1 tsp habanero powder for that Chile-Head kick)

1.  Tenderize the pork.  Mix marinade ingredients together with meat,  add in the
egg yolk, cornstarch, and marinate for 1 hour.
2.  Heat a large frying pan add the oil (or deep fryer).  Deep fry the pork chops for
4 minutes or until they are golden and throughly cooked.  Remove and serve
with sauce.

Sauce:
Mix ingredients for the sauce in a bowl.  Allow individual to apply to the top as
desired.
