Pork Binagoongan ~ Sautéed pork

1 lb pork, cut into pieces
¼ cup oil

Group 1
½ head garlic, crushed
1 onion, sliced thinly
1 large tomato, sliced

Group 2
½ cup bagoong alamang
½ cup vinegar
2 cups water

1.  Fry pork pieces in hot oil.  Set aside.
2.  Sauté Group 1 after pork has browned.  Add Group 2 and let simmer until pork is
tender.

Many reduce the sauce by cooking a little longer.  Serve with rice.
