
| Basic Baked Ham ~ 10 pound whole smoked ham 1. Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Roast at 325 degrees F for about 2½ hours; remove from oven. 2. Cut off rind (if any) and diamond score fat. Insert whole cloves in center of each diamond. 3. Spread with glaze, and continue roasting an additional hour, or until internal temperature is 160 degrees F. |
