Habaneros
Habanero Paste ~  Kevin Kieschnick of San Antonio, Texas sends this recipe via
the guest book.  Habanero Paste can be added to any dish"

25 Habanero peppers
1 small carrot
1 whole garlic
¼ medium onion
Salt to taste approximately 1 tbsp

1.  De-vein peppers (approx 25), rinse and boil peppers in water, in well
ventilated area!

2.  Puree with 1 small carrot, 1 whole garlic, and ¼ medium onion. Salt to taste.

3   Boil this mixture until it thickens. Store in refrigerator.

Note The de-veining of the Habaneros will lower the heat level of the peppers. It is also
recommended to wear gloves as the capsaicin can and will burn your hands.
