Visit their website. 6 freshwater catfish fillets 2 tbsp butter 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp Creole seasoning 6 tbsp margarine, melted use for basting juice of 1 lemon 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 medium bell pepper, julienne 1 medium onion, sliced thin 1. Place catfish in single layer in pan. Season with garlic powder, cayenne pepper, Creole seasoning, margarine, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. 2. Place fish on medium-hot outdoor grill top with bell pepper julienne and onion slices on fish. 3. Cook until fish is flaky - about 10 minutes per inch thickness (Basting often with melted butter). 4. Transfer to heated serving plate and top with crab sauce, garnish and serve. Blue Crab Sauce 3 tbsp margarine 1 medium onion, chopped 1/4 cup green onions, chopped 16 ounces lump crab meat 1. Sauté onions in margarine until tender. Fold in crab meat gently and heat thoroughly. 2. Place on top of grilled filets. |
