
| Beef Marinade ~ Beef Marinade 1 5 large garlic cloves, crushed ¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice 2 tsp salt 1 tbsp chile powder ~ hot New Mexico 1 tsp red pepper flakes ½ cup balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp soy sauce ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped roughly 1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Allow beef to marinate for about 4 hours in the refrigerator. 2. Grill beef per instructions in fajita recipe. Beef Marinade 2 1/3 cup lime juice ¼ cup Tequila 1 tsp Mexican dried oregano leaves, crushed 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1 tbsp cilantro, minced 2 tsp ground cumin (comino) 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper 1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour marinade over meat in shallow glass or other non-reactive container. Refrigerate overnight. Marinates 1 to 1½ pounds steak. |
