Chicken Fajitas ~

Group 1
2 tbsp lime juice
¼ oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp chile powder

2 chicken breast halves, skinless boneless
1 medium onion, sliced, separated into rings
1 green bell pepper, seed and cubed (about 1-inch cubes)

1.  Combine
group 1 in flat glass container;  add chicken, onion and green
pepper; marinate for 1 hour at room temperature.

2.  Remove chicken and grill or broil at medium temperature for 15 to 20 minutes
until done, turning frequently.

3.  Cook onion, pepper and marinade over medium heat until vegetables are
tender and marinade evaporates;  stir frequently to prevent browning.

4.  Cut chicken into thin strips; combine with vegetables.

Serve with warm flour
tortillas, and guacamole.  Salsita from Goya can be served
as a condiment.
