Coffee Syrup ~

1 cup sugar
3/4 cup water
1 tsp instant coffee
1/4 cup boiling water

1.  Combine sugar and the 3/4 cup water in a saucepan.  Stir over low heat until
sugar is dissolved.  Cover, bring to a boiling, and boil for 5 minutes.  Remove
from heat.

2.  Dissolve instant coffee in 1/4 cup boiling water.  Stir into syrup.

3.  Cool; store covered in refrigerator.
Makes about 1 cup
