
| Café le Orange 2 medium-sized oranges, sliced whole cloves 8 cups water (coffee-cup size) hot coffee sweetened whipped cream brown sugar ground cinnamon 1. Stud each orange slice with 4 cloves; pour hot coffee over them and allow to steep for 30 minutes. Discard orange slices and cloves. 2. Reheat coffee. Pour coffee into a nice coffeepot or carafe. 3. Accompany with bowls of the whipped cream and brown sugar and a shaker of cinnamon so guests may flavor their coffee as desired. Serves 8 This is Great with Pear and Honey Crumble |
