Irish Coffee ~

Irish Coffee
24 ounces hot coffee
4 tsp sugar
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
4 jiggers Irish whiskey  (1 jigger = 1 1/2 ounce or 1 1/2 shots)
2 jiggers Kahlua
cocoa powder

1.  Fill mugs 3/4 full with coffee
2.  Add 1 tsp sugar for each mug.
3.  Pour 1 jigger whiskey and 1/2 jigger Kahlua into the coffee.
4.  Top with whipped cream.  Sprinkle with cocoa.

Irish Coffee ~ Instant ( microwave )
3 tbsp Irish whiskey
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp instant coffee ( or to taste )
water
whipped cream

1.  Measure whiskey into an 8 ounce coffee mug.  Stir in sugar and coffee.  Fill
mug with water until 3/4's full.

2.  Cook 1 1/2 - 2 minutes.  Stir to blend.  Fill with whipped cream to the brim, but
do not stir in.  Serve immediately.
