Fran's Chicken ~ "Had to go find this one, knew it was somewhere.  I've had this
recipe for 35 years and it's great for company." ~
                             
1 bottle soy sauce
1 beef bullion cube dissolved in 1½ cups hot water
½ tsp garlic
1 cup English peas
1 can sliced water chestnuts

1.  Marinate chicken 1 hour, then bake, covered at 350° F. for about an hour.
2.  Cook one cup rice, add 1 cup English peas, ½-cup sauce and l can sliced
water chestnuts.

Serve with chicken.
