Carne Asada ~ Grilled Meat ~  Original Recipe

Ingredients:
2 lbs chuck steak (1/2 lb per person)  1 kilo = approx. 2.2 pounds
1 tbsp salt

Preparation:
Basically start your barbecue or grill

Procedures:
Place the chuck steak on the grill (barbecue).   When the juices start to run; add
salt and turn over.  Leave to cook until the juices start to run again.  Continue to
grill and turn until you have reached your desired doneness.  Grill the onions
along with the steak.  Serve with lime.

The recipe mentions that you eat this as a snack, more correctly in English, you
would eat this as you would any grilled or barbecued meats.
