Eggnog Pound Cake - (A Borden's Recipe)  ~ Risa & Keli tried this recipe. Makes one 10 inch cake.

1 (18 ¼ oz) package yellow cake mix
1 (4 serving size) package instant vanilla pudding mix
¾ cup Bordens Eggnog
¾ cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
½ tsp nutmeg
Confectioners Sugar (if desired)

1.  Preheat over to 350.  In large bowl combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggnog and oil.

2.  Beat on low speed until moistened.  Add eggs beat on medium high speed for 4 minutes.

3.  Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.  Bake 40-45 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean.

4.  Cool 10 minutes remove from pan.  Sprinkle with confectioners sugar if desired.

Frosting used for this cake:  Eggnog frosting:
In bowl combine ½ cup softened butter (land of lakes preferred) , 3 ½ cups - 4 cups pre-sifted powdered sugar, 3-4 tablespoons Bordens eggnog, 2 tsp vanilla extract.  
Ground nutmeg for garnish.  Beat medium speed, you might have to add more eggnog or powdered sugar to get exact consistency.
