Killer Stuffed Garlic Bread ~ Here ya go John, and anyone else who's interested.
I take this to potlucks often, and always get rave reviews! ~ Submitted by

1  large long loaf of french bread
6  tbsp butter
1  whole head of garlic, chopped fine
7  tsp sesame seeds (toasted lightly)
¼  Parmesan cheese (or combined with Romano)
1½  cups sour cream
2  cups Jack cheese cut ½-inch cubes (not grated)
2  tsp lemon pepper
1  tbsp parsley
2  cups marinated artichoke hearts, coarse chop

1.  Cut bread in half, lengthwise.  Tear out bread in hunks being careful to leave
crust intact.

2.  Place bread shells on a foil lined cookie sheet.  In a large skillet melt butter
add bread hunks and stir till light brown, add garlic & seeds and continue till
bread is golden (don't burn the garlic).

3.  Remove from heat.  In a large bowl combine the rest of ingredients and add
the skillet mix.  Combine all and stuff the shells.  Cover lightly with foil and bake at
350º F for 25 minutes.

4.  Remove foil and bake another 15 minutes, or till brown.  Let rest for 10 min.
before cutting.

This can also be done with French dinner rolls-with a nice bowl of Rumer's Soup
and ya got a meal!
Enjoy!  ~~ Kathy-Lee
