Bifsteak a la Mexicana  ~ Mexican Breakfast Beefsteak

2 pounds thinly sliced tender beefsteak
1 pound fresh tomatoes, peeled, cored, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
green chiles:
**use 3 barker, or 4 Jalapeño, or 4 mirasol, or 4 serrano, seeded,
chopped
1 clove garlic, mashed, and minced
salt & pepper to taste

1.  Sprinkle both sides beef with salt pepper and garlic.

2.  Fry meat in a skillet using a small amount of oil (about 2 minutes per side).  
Smother with chopped ingredients, cover and cook over low heat for about 15
minutes.

Serve at once
