Fried Rice with Tripe ~  Babat = Tripe

Bahan ~ Ingredients
1 lb beef tripe (babat - tripe)  white, cleaned with adequate water ( secukupnya =
adequate)
garam secukupnya (adequate salt -- salt to taste)
1 clove ginger, crushed
5 tbsp margarine / cooking oil
sweet soy sauce for stir-frying
1 tbsp salty soy sauce
rice - (nasi) - previously cooked
3 tbsp onion, fried
3 tomatoes, chopped (dipotong-potong = chopped)
1 cucumber, chopped

Soften bamboo:
5 red Thai chiles
6 red shallot
salt to taste

Preparation or Instructions:
Boil tripe with adequate water, salt and ginger.   After tripe is soft (tender) and
drained, cut into 1 x 3 cm pieces.

Heat oil, stir-fry the spice that has been refined until fragrant; add the tripe.  Stir
for a moment.

Add sweet soy sauce, salty soy sauce and the spice penyedap??.   Add rice and
stir mixed well.  

Serve with fried onion on top.  Place the chopped tomato, cucumber on the side.
